    Step 1

    马铃薯用沸水煮20-25分钟至熟透,盛起,冷却后去皮,切块备用。Cook potatoes in boiling water for 20-25 minutes until cooked, dish out,leave to cool. Peel the potatoes, cut into pieces, set aside.

    马铃薯加入杏鲍菇和汁料拌匀,放入蒸碟中,放入预热蒸炉,大火蒸15分钟。 Season the potatoes and apricot mushroom with sauce, place mixture onto steaming plate. Steam in a preheated steamer over high heat for 15 minutes.
